Chongqing New Building Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was established in Qijiang District

On August 20th, the Chongqing New Building Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was officially established. Qijiang District Committee Member and United Front Work Department Minister Zhong Yuanping and Deputy District Mayor Liu Fangmin attended and unveiled.

Zhong Yuanping pointed out that the establishment of a new type of building intelligent manufacturing industrial park in Qijiang not only conforms to the development trend of green manufacturing and energy saving and environmental protection, but also an important carrier for achieving "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" in the construction industry. It must be determined to make overall plans, strengthen the confidence to advance systematically, build prefabricated buildings into a strong support force for the high-quality economic development of Qijiang District, and lead the high-quality development of Qijiang's economy.

It is understood that the industrial park has a planned area of 4.8 square kilometers and will be led by intelligent prefabricated buildings, coordinating the development of three industries including new building materials, smart homes, and new materials, and extending the overall industrial structure of various sub-industries. It is planned to introduce more than 10 leading enterprises of prefabricated buildings to create a comprehensive park with the entire industrial chain of prefabricated buildings and modern construction industry clusters.

In the future, the park will also give full play to its location advantages, resource advantages and existing industrial foundation, and accelerate the introduction of enterprises integrating R&D, design, construction, and procurement. Cultivate new material research and development centers, design centers, testing centers and other supporting institutions to form a prefabricated building industry cluster.
