Layout of prefabricated construction industry in Lingao County, Hainan Province

On August 20, Hainan Free Trade Port's 2021 (fourth batch) key project intensive signing activity and key industrial park investment cooperation conference were held in Haikou. Lingao signed 3 projects involving industries such as prefabricated construction.

It is reported that the Lingao County Government and Shanghai Construction Engineering Building Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. signed a gold medal port prefabricated construction head enterprise industrial park project investment cooperation agreement. The company plans to produce prefabricated concrete components in Lingao Jinpai Port Park, and at the same time introduce functional businesses including steel bar processing and concrete supply sharing, material scientific research experiments, and construction general contracting management. After the project is completed and put into production, it will produce approximately 60,000 cubic meters of precast concrete components annually.

Relying on the advantages of Jinpai Port and its seaport, Lingao strives to build a new construction industry cluster with Jinpai Port Park as its core, integrating R&D, design, production, and display of the entire industrial chain, to help the high-quality development of Lingao and the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.

The reporter learned that since the beginning of this year, the Lingao Jinpai Port Park has started construction of 4 new construction industry projects, all of which are planned to be put into trial production before the end of the year. At the same time, the work of attracting investment is in full swing, and many projects have been signed, such as the Hainan Southeast Prefabricated Green Building Industrial Base Project and the China Construction Research Institute Tropical New Building Industrialization Base Project. And to strengthen the negotiation of reserve projects, the county is negotiating to promote a batch of projects in line with the industrial positioning of the park and strong investment willingness, such as Beijing Construction Engineering and Fuhuang Steel Structure.
