It was revealed at the meeting that during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the average growth rate of the construction industry output value in the region was 14.7%, which was 6.8 percentage points higher than the national average, and the average growth rate ranked fifth in the country. A conference on the high-quality development of the construction industry in the region was held, and "Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of the Construction Industry in Guangxi" was issued to promote the industrialization, digitalization, informatization of the construction industry and the transformation of the construction organization mode and the construction industry employment mode. Guangxi engineering projects have repeatedly won national awards to record highs, and the quality of engineering construction has been assessed as the "leading level in the west" in the national quality work assessment. The proportion of urban green buildings in new buildings increased from 17.46% at the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period to 57.62% in 2020. In the country's first "Gui Jiantong" real-name management model for migrant workers in Guangxi construction, it won the sixth inspection report of the State Council. The case, amount, and number of wages arrears for migrant workers in the field of housing construction and municipal engineering in the district have dropped to the lowest in history.
