The “one-to-one” activity of prefabricated construction experts entering the factory in Hefei, Anhui Province in the first half of 2021 has achieved significant results

In the first half of 2021, in accordance with the requirements of the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau's "Notice on Carrying out the 2021 Hefei Prefabricated Construction Experts "One-to-One" Activity", the City Green Festival Center insists on the development of the standardized construction of prefabricated building components. With the development of special guidance on factory supervision, the establishment of a list of quality elements, and the improvement of the construction of production enterprise laboratories as the content, the overall arrangement and careful organization of the activities have achieved remarkable results.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the activities, the Green Festival Center, based on extensive consultations, combined with the results of the “one-on-one” activities in 2020 and actual work, with the purpose of coordinating services and strengthening quality improvement as the main point. Emphasize "one-to-one" docking, implement "point-to-point" assistance, draw up implementation plans, clarify activity arrangements, formulate topic content, and carry out targeted activities.

In order to effectively promote the transformation and application of project results, an expert group leader meeting was organized at the beginning of the year to clarify the content and goals of each group's activities; and the project was organized many times. Among them, the "Hefei City Prefabricated Building Supervision Implementation Guidelines (Trial)" will be issued in the near future. The outline of "Hefei City Prefabricated Building Prefabricated Component Manufacturing Enterprise Comprehensive Assessment and Construction Standard Manual" has passed the preliminary demonstration by experts, and the manual content expert group is stepping up its revision and preparation and will be completed in the near future. The "Hefei City Prefabricated Building Components Production Process Quality Factor Control List" has been repeatedly reviewed and demonstrated by experts, and has entered the stage of document issuance for comments. "Hefei Prefabricated PC Factory Laboratory Technical Management Guidelines" has been compiled by the research team and is entering the stage of review and demonstration.

In the next step, the Green Festival Center will further deepen the "one-to-one" activities, innovate working methods, follow up on special topics, conduct classified guidance, summarize and refine the results, and lay a solid foundation for the introduction of policy and technical specifications. Promote the transformation and application of results, promote the standardization of component production, and promote the high-quality development of Hefei prefabricated buildings.
