On August 18th, Fu Tao, Chief Engineer of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Shaanxi Province, went to Xianyang to investigate and supervise the development of prefabricated buildings and geothermal energy building heating, and inspected the construction and technical application of construction engineering promotion and application projects. Focusing on implementing the "six guarantees" and "six stability" requirements, and speeding up the construction of the project, he had discussions and exchanges with Wei Shuxin, deputy secretary general of the Xianyang Municipal Government, and comrades from the housing construction and natural resources departments.

Fu Tao emphasized that geothermal energy heating is an important measure for atmospheric pollution control and haze reduction and urban and rural green development. The provincial party committee and the provincial government have paid great attention to it and made specific arrangements. It is necessary to focus on shortcomings and weak links and increase efforts; as an important measure for the construction of a clean heating city in the Fenwei Plain in the country, geothermal heating should be included in the "14th Five-Year Plan". It is necessary to do a good job in the coordination and connection between the urban development plan of Xianyang City, the urban clean heating plan and the geothermal heating plan, and further promote the clean heating of geothermal energy.

Fu Tao requested that, in accordance with the spirit of the provincial government prefabricated building conference, we must fully understand the important role of promoting the development of prefabricated buildings in improving the quality of construction projects and the industrialization, informatization, and intelligence of the construction industry.
