Create a new benchmark for the standardization of the domestic construction industry! Construction of Hunan Construction Industry Park started

On the morning of August 20th, the Hunan Construction Engineering Sixth Industrial Park project was started in Ningxiang Economic Development Zone. The project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a total planned land area of 450 mu. After the completion of the project, nine business sectors, including steel structure, mechanical and electrical installation, material leasing, and labor service companies, will be introduced into clusters. It will become a large-scale integrated modern construction comprehensive industrial park based in Changsha, serving Hunan, radiating Central China, and connecting domestic and international, providing support for the industrial upgrading of Hunan construction enterprises.

The Sixth Construction Industrial Park of Hunan Construction Engineering is located in Jinyu Industrial Park of Ningxiang Economic Development Zone. The first phase investment is about 600 million yuan, with an estimated annual output value of about 1.7 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of more than 85 million yuan. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in October 2021. After the completion of the project, Hunan Sixth Engineering Co., Ltd. Steel Structure Branch, Hunan Liujian Mechanical and Electrical Installation Co., Ltd., Hunan Province Mechanized Construction Co., Ltd., Hunan Liujian Material Leasing Co., Ltd., Hunan Sixth Construction Project Standardization Facilities Leasing Co., Ltd. and other enterprises will enter the park by establishing branch (subsidiary) companies, registering new companies, or changing their registered addresses. They will form a complete industrial chain of "building supplies + construction manufacturing + construction equipment + technical services + exhibitions + warehousing logistics + information services". Through scientific planning and reasonable layout, the optimization of the production process and production organization of the nine major internal sectors has been realized, and it has become another new development highland of industrial agglomeration and intensive layout and a new benchmark for the standardization of the domestic construction industry.
