2021 Heilongjiang Green Building and Building Energy-saving Technology Promotion Conference was held in Harbin City

In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization and implement the work goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, Heilongjiang Provincial Urban Science and Technology Research Association organized the 2021 Heilongjiang Province Green Building and Building Energy-saving Technology Promotion Conference in Harbin on July 23. The main leaders and technical persons in charge of building energy conservation management agencies in all cities (prefectures) and counties in the province, as well as the relevant persons in charge of various survey and design units, real estate development companies, construction drawing review agencies, and technical consulting companies, attended the meeting.

The meeting summarized the development status and advanced experience of green building and building energy conservation in Heilongjiang Province, and looked forward to the future. The meeting invited well-known experts to interpret the Heilongjiang Province Green Building Evaluation Standards, Heilongjiang Province Residential Building Energy Efficiency Design Standards, and Heilongjiang Province Public Building Energy Efficiency Design Standards. Introduced the green building declaration and assessment procedures, new developments in the green building industry, path analysis of building carbon neutrality, and overall green building consulting solutions. The meeting also conducted in-depth exchanges on the hot spots of industry development.

The convening of the meeting played a role in promoting the implementation and quality improvement of Heilongjiang's green building and building energy efficiency standards, and was conducive to Heilongjiang's further in-depth promotion of the development of green buildings and building energy efficiency.
