Hefei City, Anhui Province organized a seminar to deepen the preparation of "Technical Management Guidelines for the Laboratory of Prefabricated PC Factory in Hefei"

On the afternoon of July 27th, the Municipal Green Festival Center organized a deepening preparation seminar of "Hefei Prefabricated PC Factory Laboratory Technical Management Guidelines" (draft for comments) in Anhui Construction Engineering Testing and Research Institute Co., Ltd. This seminar combines the "one-to-one" activities of prefabricated construction experts. The fourth group of expert group members Zhou Aidong, Peng Jianhe, Zou Daojin and Wu Zhixin, as well as relevant personnel from the Provincial Construction Engineering Testing Institute, Anhui Construction Engineering Construction Industry Co., Ltd., Anhui Hailong Construction Industry Co., Ltd., etc. attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Green Festival Center briefly introduced the preparation background, node goals and work progress of the "Guidelines". The preparation leader Zhou Aidong notified the preparation process, main content and soliciting feedback of the first draft of the "Guidelines". Participants discussed and deliberated on the "Guidelines" feedback draft one by one, and fully exchanged opinions on key content such as PC factory laboratory responsibilities, work content, and testing items.

The "Guidelines" are in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau's "Announcement on Carrying out the 2021 Hefei Prefabricated Construction Experts "One-to-One" Notice", the fourth group of the "One-to-One" activity organized by the Municipal Green Festival Center and the Provincial Construction Engineering Testing Institute were jointly prepared with relevant units. The "Guidelines" play an important guiding role in regulating the testing and testing behaviors of Hefei prefabricated building parts manufacturers, improving the production quality management system of prefabricated building components, and adapting to the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in Hefei and fill in the gaps in the province.

In the next step, the Municipal Green Festival Center will, in accordance with the requirements of the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, cooperate fully with participating units to implement the preparation goals and tasks. Concentrate the opinions of all parties, proceed from the practicality, operability, standardization and Hefei characteristics, do a good job in the revision and improvement of the "Guidelines", and complete the compilation tasks with high quality and high standards.
