Liaocheng Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau investigates Dong'e green building and prefabricated construction industry

In order to accelerate the development of prefabricated buildings, recently, four leaders including Wang Aisheng, deputy director of the Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau of Liaocheng City, Zhang Wei, chief of science and education, and other four leaders came to Dong'e County to investigate green buildings and prefabricated construction projects on the spot and held seminars. At the symposium, the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau gave a detailed report on the work of green buildings and prefabricated buildings in Dong'e County.

It is reported that Dong'e County has fully implemented the design standard requirements of 72.5% for public buildings and 75% for residential buildings. As of May, the area of green buildings has increased by 173,500 square meters, and the completed construction has increased by 109,300 square meters. Strictly follow the requirement of "at least 25% of the building area is prefabricated building". The government invests in large-scale schools, hospitals, elderly care and other public welfare construction projects, government-led security housing projects, shantytown renovation projects and supporting buildings must be prefabricated, with 42,100 square meters of new construction started, and an assembly rate of 25.27%.

After listening to the report, the research team inspected the drawings and on-site construction conditions in depth on the site, and put forward requirements for the development of the assembly industry in Dong'e County: Relevant departments should plan and encourage the development of prefabricated enterprises, optimize services, accelerate technological innovation, do a good job in personnel training and information management, and better promote the transformation and development of the construction industry in accordance with market needs.
