"EPC Project Management Skills Training" of Longyuan Mingzhu was successfully held

From July 17th to 18th, Longyuan Mingzhu successfully held the "EPC Project Management Skills" theme training event. Zhou Jingde, vice chairman of Longyuan Mingzhu, Pei Chuanfei, general manager, Fang Shunsheng, general manager of Dadi Steel Structure, and more than 70 employees from various departments and project departments of the company participated in this training.

General Manager Pei Chuanfei pointed out that Longyuan Mingzhu, as a wholly-owned subsidiary responsible for the transformation and upgrading of Longyuan Construction Group, must comprehensively improve the company's EPC full-process management capabilities in order to better adapt to market needs. This training started from the basic knowledge of EPC management, and the lecturers shared interactively on the aspects of project planning, contract management, project initiation and implementation, project communication and coordination. During the training process, the lecturer focused on the importance of prior planning, scope change control, application of tool technology, competent team, ability to identify risks, smooth and orderly communication, and ability to speak data.
