In order to make better use of provincial-level prefabricated building demonstration city awards and supplement funds, effectively improve the efficiency of capital use, and promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Penglai District, in accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the state, province and Yantai City, the Penglai District Government of Yantai City, Shandong Province has issued the "Measures for the Use of Award and Supplementary Funds for Prefabricated Construction Demonstration Cities in Penglai District, Yantai City."

The document pointed out that for projects identified as "Yantai Municipal Prefabricated Building Demonstration Projects", 30 yuan per square meter will be rewarded, with a maximum reward of 300,000 yuan. 300,000 yuan will be awarded to enterprises that have been awarded the title of "Yantai City Prefabricated Construction Industry Base"; 300,000 yuan will be awarded for innovative achievements related to prefabricated buildings determined by the provincial housing construction, science and technology, industry and information departments. Innovative achievements related to prefabricated buildings determined by the relevant ministries and commissions of the State Housing and Construction, Science and Technology, Industry and Information Technology, etc. will be awarded 500,000 yuan.
