Shanghai Construction Engineering's first batch of smart construction and industrialization pilot projects

The Block 05-02 (Phase II) Project of Unit JDC1-0402, Juyuan Community, Jiading New City, provided technical services by Shanghai Construction Engineering Fourth Construction Group, is the first batch of smart construction and industrialization pilot projects in China. It is also the first and only pilot project in the Yangtze River Delta region.

During the construction process, Shanghai Construction Engineering actively explored intelligent construction technology and equipment, assisted lean construction through BIM-based virtual construction technology and BIM collaborative platform, and assisted industrialized construction through intelligent equipment research and development. The adoption of advanced digital technologies such as BIM technology, the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and intelligent equipment has enabled Shanghai Construction Engineering to realize the integration and innovation of intelligent and industrialized construction.

Relying on this pilot project, Shanghai Construction Engineering has made innovative breakthroughs and in-depth practices in core technologies in the field of digital and intelligent construction, and explored the integration and development of intelligentization and industrialization.
