Yibin City Prefabricated Building Site Observation Meeting Held

On July 23, the "2021 Yibin City Prefabricated Building Site Observation Meeting" hosted by the Yibin Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and undertaken by Chengzhong Investment Group Co., Ltd. was held in the Xuzhou·Century City Project.

A total of more than 200 representatives from relevant units and enterprises from all districts and counties of this city gathered together to talk about development.

Zhu Dajun, vice president of Chengzhong Investment Group, gave a detailed introduction to the basic situation of the Xuzhou·Century City prefabricated construction project.

Wang Peng, deputy general manager of Sichuan Renming Residential Architectural Design Co., Ltd., made the technical application and achievement sharing of the Xuzhou·Century City project. By explaining the application of prefabrication in the Century City project, the guests intuitively understand the advantages of prefabrication in solving many difficulties in the construction process, improving project quality, and achieving the goal of green construction.

"Prefabricated buildings are in a new stage of development." Dr. Lei Min from Southwest Jiaotong University shared and interpreted the development status and trends of prefabricated buildings, giving the guests a deeper understanding of the development prospects of prefabricated buildings.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Yibin City, compared with traditional building forms, prefabricated buildings have outstanding advantages and broad development prospects. "In the future, Yibin City will further improve its awareness of the development of prefabricated buildings."

Afterwards, the guests visited the entity and technical results of the high-assembly project on site to fully understand the construction of the high-assembly building project.
