(hereinafter referred to as Haiken Construction Group) that the group reached a preliminary consensus with Sanya Urban Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sanya Urban Investment Group). Strategic cooperation will be carried out in various fields such as the integration of land reclamation industry, investment and development, and building construction. The two sides will strengthen cooperation in project construction, investment in building materials bases, and urban renewal.

It is understood that with the strong support of Sanya City and Haiken Holding Group, the Sanya prefabricated building component production base project jointly invested by Haiken Construction Group, Sanya Urban Investment Group and China Water Resources and Hydropower Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. has started the company’s capital injection, land use management, land leveling and other related work, and is progressing smoothly . The project has a total investment of 482 million yuan. It is planned to start trial production in the first quarter of 2022. After the formal production, the annual output of prefabricated building materials can reach 300,000 cubic meters.

In the next step, Haiken Construction Engineering Group will take this project as an opportunity to cooperate in-depth with Sanya Urban Investment Group to actively promote the integrated development of the land reclamation industry in Sanya City.
