On the morning of the 18th, a project commencement ceremony was held at the Wuhan Development Zone Automobile and Parts Industrial Park, Xingsheng Road, Shamao Street, Hannan District, Wuhan.Three projects including the Huameilin Compressor Shell Components Production Base and Zhonghuan Haihua Smart Science and Technology Park started construction at the same time, with a total investment of 1.91 billion yuan, covering construction, manufacturing, service and other fields. Among them, Wuhan Fuxing Precision Prefabricated Steel Structure Industrial Base has a total investment of 1.56 billion yuan, which will build the largest professional automated prefabricated steel structure industry R&D and production base in Central China with the most complete product categories. This base will fill the gap in the prefabricated steel structure industry in our province.

The chairman of Fuxing Seiko Oula Green Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Zhu Fuxin introduced that the fabricated steel structure has the advantages of fast installation speed, good seismic performance, low cost, etc., and the steel structure is recyclable, making it more environmentally friendly.Due to its different construction characteristics, the prefabricated steel structure used in the construction industry can increase the construction period by more than 50% compared with the traditional construction period and reduce the cost by about 30% compared with the prefabricated concrete scheme. Zhu Fuxin said that the construction of a prefabricated steel structure industrial base in Han will also simultaneously form a research and development team, introduce academician workstations, design institutes, etc., while expanding the base, strengthen production

It is reported that the project will be constructed in three phases, with a planned total construction area of 170,000 square meters. It is expected to be put into trial production at the end of this year. It will be officially put into operation in 2021, and will reach production in 2022. After reaching production, the annual production capacity will be 2 million cubic meters and the annual output value will be nearly 4 billion yuan, 1,000 new jobs can be created.

The other two projects that started construction on the same day are also scheduled to be officially put into production or operation in November next year, and the annual sales revenue will exceed 1 billion yuan after full production.

According to the relevant person in charge of Wuhan Development Zone, the zone is accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading and planning diversified industrial support. In the past three years, 252 major projects of more than 100 million yuan have been signed, with a contract value of 682.1 billion yuan. Among them, 49 are the world's top 500 investment projects.
