In response to the public's lack of understanding of the old community renovation policy, the unclear scope of the renovation, the lack of mastery of the renovation procedures, the difficulty in soliciting the wishes of residents, and the lack of channels for complaints, this year, the provincial level opened a WeChat public account of "Hebei Old Community Reconstruction" to publish and interpret policies related to the renovation of old communities. Online survey of residents' willingness, opinions and satisfaction of the renovation plan, provide accurate data support for the reasonable determination of the renovation project and the scientific formulation of the renovation plan. Residents of the community can take photos anytime and anywhere and upload them through the official account, so that the relevant departments can grasp and resolve the problems in time.

Organize and carry out the selection of excellent design schemes for the renovation of old communities. Promote planners, designers, and engineers to enter the community, give full play to the role of professionals, and improve the level of design plans for the renovation of old communities.
