The prefabricated construction industry in Hezhou City, Guangxi enjoys good momentum

The reporter learned from the Hezhou Urban and Rural Construction Bureau that in recent years, the layout of Hezhou's prefabricated construction industry chain has become increasingly perfect and the development momentum is good. As of the end of June this year, the city has accumulated 63 prefabricated construction pilot projects, totaling 1.85 million square meters, and 1.47 million square meters have been completed. Among them, there are 5 autonomous region-level prefabricated building demonstration projects. In September 2020, Hezhou City was rated as a national prefabricated building model city. The city's prefabricated construction industry has realized "from nothing, from less to more, from weak to strong", and the development level has jumped to a new level.

It is understood that the prefabricated construction industry in Hezhou City contributed about 110 million yuan in tax revenue in 2018, 160 million yuan in tax revenue in 2019, and about 160 million yuan in tax revenue in 2020, showing an upward trend year by year, becoming a powerful "booster" for stable economic growth. As of the end of June 2021, 20 enterprises in the city have participated in prefabricated construction, and a number of key support enterprises at the national and autonomous region levels have been built. The city has implemented a total of 63 prefabricated building pilot projects, including 5 autonomous region-level prefabricated building demonstration projects. The first-phase prefabricated steel structure project of Guidong Square won the 2019 Guangxi Steel Structure Gold Award. During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, Guangxi was approved as a total of 2 national prefabricated construction model cities, and Hezhou is one of them. At the same time, Hezhou's prefabricated construction industry has accelerated its pace of "going out". On April 14, 2020, Hezhou Tonghao Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the prefabricated component procurement project of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 18 and Line 22. In May 2021, it successfully won the bid for the CCCC Baiyun Building project of the Fourth Aviation Administration of China Communications, and Hezhou prefabricated construction enterprises have taken firm steps to fully integrate into the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
