On July 16, Liao Guangbin, director of the Assembly Office of Ganzhou City, presided over and convened the first joint meeting of the city to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in 2021.

The meeting notified the development of the city's prefabricated buildings in the first half of 2021, and studied and reviewed the "Working Plan of Ganzhou Prefabricated Building Model City Construction (Discussion Draft)." The meeting listened to the work of various member units to promote the development of prefabricated buildings this year, and conducted research on how to promote the construction of a model city of prefabricated buildings in Ganzhou in the next step.

The meeting pointed out that advancing the development of prefabricated buildings is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the green development concept and is the general trend of the development of the construction industry in the future. It is necessary to strengthen the quality supervision of product access, use process, and acceptance, maintain the market order of Ganzhou prefabricated construction parts, and help the sound development of local enterprises.

Before the meeting, the participants also collectively visited the Jiangnan Prefecture (South District) Relocation Housing Demonstration Project and the Shuixi National Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base.
