In the huge factory building, workers were intensively performing operations such as assembling molds, tying steel bars, and pouring concrete. On the construction site less than two hundred meters away from the factory building, a prototype prefabricated building model house is quite eye-catching. Unlike traditional buildings, the prefabricated laminated beams, prefabricated laminated floors, prefabricated stairs and other components necessary for house construction are all produced in the factory and then transported to the site for assembly, instead of relying on workers to build them brick by brick.

It is understood that the prefabricated building SPCS demonstration project is a cooperation between Zhangjiajie Wanzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. and Sany Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to introduce Sany Construction's complete operation management system, industrial information system and SPCS full assembly building overall solution. The total investment of the project is about 326 million yuan, and the land area is about 127 mu. After the project is completed and put into production, it is estimated that the annual sales income will increase by 500 million yuan, the tax will be 38.25 million yuan, and the consumption of construction waste and recycled materials will be about 300,000 tons.
