The green building with the largest single building area in China with fully assembled technology was completed in Ruyang County

Recently, in the assembly town of Ruyang County Industrial Cluster District, the green building with the largest single building area in China designed by Zhengzhou Research and Design Institute was officially completed.

The building is the office building of the Ruyang Metal Structure Factory of China Power Construction Company, which includes 72 rooms including offices and meeting rooms. It is assembled by 3800 wall panels, beams, columns, floor coverings, stairs, rain sheds and other parts. The building saves 50% of the construction period, has an assembly rate of 98%, and has a construction area of 3750 square meters. The main structure is completed in only 45 days.

Compared with traditional construction methods, prefabricated buildings have incomparable advantages in terms of environmental protection. Dust construction materials such as cement and sand do not need to be on site, and the impact on the surrounding environment during construction is very small. Dry on-site assembly, the construction period is controllable; construction dust, noise and other pollution are greatly reduced, and construction waste is also greatly reduced. It has the advantages of being more environmentally friendly, faster, and good in engineering quality. It can solve the problem of rapid house building, modular building, bolt connection, convenient and quick installation, exterior wall decoration adopts integrated construction of thermal insulation and exterior decoration, energy saving and high efficiency, reducing construction costs and construction time, and ensuring project efficiency and quality.

Such green buildings can be disassembled and reused according to actual conditions in the future, and the modules can be moved and replaced and assembled again, with a reuse rate of 70%. It greatly improve the degree of recycling of buildings, greatly reduce the generation of construction waste, and practice the concept of green development.
