On the afternoon of July 7, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held the fourth lecture of video distance training. Wang Zhihong, Director of the Urban Construction Department, gave a special lecture on "Implementing the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and doing a good job in the transformation of old urban communities." The lecture first learned the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the transformation of old communities in cities and towns, and interpreted the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting the Reconstruction of Old Communities in Urban Areas". Secondly, it introduces the main work carried out by various departments of the State Council to promote the transformation of old urban communities and local practical cases. Finally, it puts forward the current problems and countermeasures that need to be solved, and elaborates the key tasks such as implementing the goals and tasks specified in the 2021 "Government Work Report", planning the 2022 renovation plan in advance, and making good use of central subsidy funds.
