"AAA" pre-evaluation of a prefabricated building in Huizhou, Guangdong

A few days ago, the Green Construction and Prefabricated Building Branch of the Huizhou Construction Industry Association organized an online review meeting for the pre-evaluation of the pre-evaluation of the industrial production base of the prefabricated steel structure of Guangdong Rongshengye Hangxiao Steel Structure Industrialization. Huizhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Huicheng Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, project construction unit, design unit, construction unit, supervision unit and other relevant unit representatives, as well as the review expert group participated in the review meeting.

This review project is the industrialized production base of Guangdong Rongshengye Hangxiao Steel Structure Prefabricated Building. The project is located in Keshupai Village, Hengli Town, Huicheng District, covering an area of 67,000 square meters and a building area of 47292.9 square meters. The industrial base's recent commissioning plan is mainly to produce the core components of the steel structure residential system such as steel components, steel tube bundle components, beam and column components, floor decks and walls in the Hangxiao steel structure residential system. After the long-term expansion, it is planned to produce and construct supporting components in the steel structure residential system, asbestos-free cellulose fiber cement slabs, etc. The project is a voluntary prefabricated building, committed to becoming a provincial and municipal prefabricated building demonstration production base, and promoting the development of prefabricated steel structure buildings in Huizhou.

At the review meeting, the construction unit reported the project overview, assembly description, implementation plan and other design content. After expert inquiry, review, discussion and other links, the review meeting finally reached a conclusion: The expert group believes that the assembly rate of the 4 prefabricated buildings declared this time is 92.5% and above, and the proportion of prefabricated parts in the vertical components of the main structure is not less than 35%. The information is complete and the depth meets the requirements. It meets the requirements of Guangdong Province "Assembled Building Evaluation Standard" DBJ/T 15-163-2019, and it is agreed that this project has passed the pre-evaluation review of the prefabricated building design stage, and the pre-evaluation level is AAA.

At the review meeting, the expert group also put forward several reasonable and professional suggestions for the participating units as a reference, which is conducive to the construction unit to strengthen the overall management of design, production, construction and other links, thereby comprehensively improving the overall efficiency of the project.

Guangdong Rongshengye Hangxiao Steel Prefabricated Building Industrialization Production Base is the first pre-evaluated “AAA” prefabricated building in Huizhou, which is of great significance to promote the development of Huizhou prefabricated steel structure building.
