Symposium on prefabricated new building materials observation held in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province

In order to further increase the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings and new green building materials, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the traditional building materials industry, the Tongchuan Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau recently organized a seminar on prefabricated new building materials. Zhang Tiecheng, member of the bureau’s party group and deputy director, presided over the observation forum. Persons in charge of relevant municipal departments, the housing construction bureaus of districts and counties, persons in charge of prefabricated new building materials manufacturers, real estate development companies, construction companies and relevant personnel of relevant business departments of the bureau attended the meeting.

In this event, we have observed the integrated insulation board production line of Shaanxi Ouke Building Material Technology Co., Ltd., the broken bridge aluminum alloy door and window production line of Shaanxi Mingdi Enterprise Group Company, and the rock wool insulation material production line of Shaanxi Tiancheng New Insulation Material Co., Ltd, the calcium silicate board production line of Shaanxi Construction Engineering Building Material Technology Co., Ltd., the assembled PC production line of Tongchuan Weili Kane Construction Technology Co., Ltd., and the assembly-type new building materials observation symposium were held. At the meeting, five prefabricated new building materials manufacturers introduced their corporate development, product performance, and promotion and application. Participants conducted active discussions and speeches on the development and application of prefabricated buildings and new building materials, as well as existing problems.

The meeting emphasized that in order to better promote the promotion and application of prefabricated new building materials, the development of prefabricated buildings and new green building materials is an urgent need for industrial transformation and upgrading in Tongchuan. It is necessary to raise awareness of the development of prefabricated buildings and new building materials, make full use of Tongchuan's advantages in resources, location, transportation and supporting facilities, improve the market supply system of prefabricated new building materials industry, and establish a database of prefabricated new building materials enterprises and product catalogs. Carry out the creation of green building materials evaluation signs, strengthen the skill training of personnel in the prefabricated new building materials industry, and contribute to the construction of Tongchuan as a model city for the transformation of traditional industries in the west.
