Chang'an District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, comprehensively promotes the construction of prefabricated buildings, passive houses and green buildings

Prefabricated buildings, passive houses, and green buildings adopt new technologies, new technologies, new products, and new equipment, which are new construction methods that the state promotes. In recent years, Chang'an District of Shijiazhuang has vigorously promoted the construction of prefabricated buildings, passive houses, and green buildings to help the region's green and low-carbon sustainable development.

Prefabricated buildings are advancing rapidly. Up to now, the prefabricated building area of Chang'an District in Shijiazhuang has passed the expert review of 2.41 million square meters, accounting for 28% of the city and ranking first. Among the prefabricated projects under construction, the Vanke Zijun project in Chang'an District, Shijiazhuang is the first city in the city to adopt vertical components, implementing the new national 50% assembly rate standard.

This year, Chang'an District, Shijiazhuang, passed the expert review of nearly 10 prefabricated projects, totaling 520,000 square meters. Among them, the supporting building of Longhu Metallurgical Research Institute and the supporting building of Metro Vanke Blue Bay adopt steel structure, with an assembly rate of 66%, which is higher than the basic level of 50%, and has reached the prefabricated evaluation A (HB) level. The promotion of ultra-low energy consumption passive houses has achieved remarkable results. Up to now, the total construction area of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings is 456,900 square meters (328.7 million square meters under construction and 128,200 square meters completed), ranking first in the city. This year, new passive ultra-low energy consumption building area is 15,900 square meters. The Aoyuan City Central Yunting Project is a fully passive house community currently under construction.

The progress of green building is smooth. Since 2016, Chang'an District has started construction of 8,605,500 square meters of green buildings, ranking first in the city. Among them, the high-star three-star project is 222,100 square meters, and the two-star project is 3,839,200 square meters. All newly-started civil buildings have implemented the green building standards. Chang'an Summer Palace is the first community in the province to implement the highest standard three-star construction of green buildings. It has been completed and entered the stage of completion acceptance. The Science and Technology Laboratory Building of Railway University is the first state-owned investment project in the main urban area of the city to implement the three-star construction of the highest standard of green building. The construction is now nearing completion.
