The on-site operation demonstration and observation meeting of the prefabricated building partition wall installation machine in Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu ended successfully

On June 18, sponsored by the Urban and Rural Construction Bureau of Jiangning District, Nanjing City and undertaken by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., the "Jiangning District Prefabricated Building Partition Wall Machine Field Installation Operation Demonstration Observation Meeting" ended successfully at the construction site of the NO.2017G73B plot. Sun Shenglong, head of the safety supervision station in Jiangning District, Nanjing, Zhu Xiaoli, deputy manager of the East China Branch of China Construction Second Bureau No. 2 Company, and more than 300 construction units, construction companies and supervision companies in the district, a total of more than 400 people participated in the observation meeting.

At the observation meeting, Sun Shenglong, head of the safety supervision station in Jiangning District, Nanjing, emphasized that business representatives from all participating units should use this observation meeting as an opportunity to learn from and communicate with each other. Subsequent units will increase the application rate of prefabricated building partitions and improve the safety level of construction sites based on actual conditions.

Afterwards, the participants visited the site in batches, and they watched the video of the ALC wall panel mechanical installation process together. Learned in detail the important components of the electric drive system, hydraulic power system, left and right side shift device, 360-degree rotation device, unilateral fixture device, hydraulic support device, rear steering design and other important components when installing side-shifting wall panels. Under the leadership of the on-site lecturers, the participants visited the ALC wall panel samples and the actual measurement practices. During the visit, the staff explained the main facilities and equipment, operating technical regulations and safety management regulations at the installation site of prefabricated building partition walls such as side-shifting wall panel installation machine and gantry wall panel erection machine. At the same time, an on-site use specification exercise was carried out to help everyone understand the stability, safety and operability of the installation machine of the prefabricated building partition wall in an all-round, multi-angle and three-dimensional manner.

In addition, at the observation meeting, the contractor, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. also displayed corporate characteristics such as corporate party building cultural brand, safety management standardization, construction site safety protection measures, LC board installation quality molding model and gypsum mortar thin plastering technology. It provided reference for the participants and won unanimous praise from everyone.
