It has realized the capital empowerment of the prefabricated construction industry and helped the prefabricated construction industry of Meishan achieve leapfrog development. The purpose of this move is to actively promote the implementation of key investment promotion projects in the urban and county areas of Meishan, promote the green transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, and provide new momentum for the high-quality economic development of Meishan City.

Qingshen Tianfu Oasis Construction Technology Co., Ltd. was established on December 30, 2019 and is located in Longquan Village, Luobo Township, Qingshen County. After this fund investment, the company's registered capital increased to 200 million yuan. Tianfu Oasis Company is building the "Prefabricated Building Component Production Base Project" with a planned total investment of 500 million yuan and a planned area of 300 acres. The products are autoclaved aerated concrete and concrete precast components. The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project is 200 million yuan, covering an area of 107 acres; the second phase of the project is 300 million yuan, covering an area of 200 acres. At present, the first phase of the project has obtained 107 mu of industrial land, the original shareholders have invested a total of 140 million yuan, and the civil engineering is basically completed, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation in August.
