The number of large-scale prefabricated construction production enterprises reached 12 in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province

A few days ago, the prefabricated building component production line of Lianyungang City Xianzhi Yuanda Construction Industry Co., Ltd. passed the examination and acceptance of the expert group of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing. So far, Lianyungang City has 12 large-scale prefabricated construction production enterprises, and the number and production scale of similar enterprises are in the forefront of northern Jiangsu and even the whole province. It is understood that the products of Lianyungang prefabricated construction enterprises present a good trend of differentiated competition. The prefabricated building components produced by related companies not only meet the needs of local prefabricated construction projects, but their products are also sold to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and exported to overseas construction markets. 

Since Lianyungang City issued its opinions on promoting the development of prefabricated buildings in 2017, through policy incentives, state-owned enterprise demonstration, strict plan review and technology introduction, 11 large-scale prefabricated construction production enterprises have emerged, including Ruicheng Construction, Wannida Construction and BNBM Building Materials. At present, the city's prefabricated building components have a production capacity of 2 million square meters of wallboard and 450,000 square meters of laminated panels. Related enterprise products also cover concrete or steel structures, including interior wall panels, stair panels, and floor panels. The city has 4 prefabricated building industrialization bases and 5 new-type wall materials certification enterprises, and relevant demonstration projects are actively being declared. The existing production capacity of the city's prefabricated construction production enterprises can meet the city's "prefabricated three boards" market demand, and their products are also sold in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and overseas markets. The development of prefabricated buildings in Lianyungang City has fully promoted the innovation of the construction industry, provided more jobs, increased the income of migrant workers, and to a large extent promoted the development of the local economy.

Before 2016, Lianyungang City did not even have a manufacturer of interior walls, let alone manufacturers of exterior wall panels, staircase panels and laminated panels. In order to reverse the disadvantages of the development of prefabricated buildings, the housing construction department of Lianyungang City issued timely normative documents to promote the development of the prefabricated construction industry, clarified a series of incentive measures for the development of prefabricated buildings, and served prefabricated buildings from various aspects such as policy, market and technology. Since then, prefabricated construction production enterprises have sprung up in Lianyungang City, and new building materials production lines such as prestressed plywood and foam concrete slabs have appeared. Prefabricated construction enterprises in this city firmly grasp this market opportunity, actively seek support from local governments, make good use of land and fiscal and tax policies, adopt market-for-technology, and do a good job of combining production, education and research. They engage in horizontal integration, make a good combination of punches, innovate production lines and production techniques, effectively guarantee the application needs of prefabricated three boards, and become a new advantage in the city's construction development and a new economic growth point.

It is understood that the prefabricated building is a form of the construction industry that the country has promoted in recent years. The construction of the building saves time and effort and rarely generates pollutants on the site. It is a representative of the new production method of the modern industrialization of the construction industry. At present, the city has prefabricated three-board application projects with a construction area of more than 10 million square meters, which provides a good market prospect for the city's prefabricated building applications.
