The preparation of "Technical Regulations for the Application of Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slabs" started

Recently, the association standard "Technical Regulations for Assembling Integral Reinforcement Dislocation Inter-anchored Concrete Structures" (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations"), edited by Xiao Xuwen, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, held the kick-off meeting and the first working meeting. Zhang Chi, Deputy Secretary-General of China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, Huang Xiaokun, Chairman of the Association's Concrete Structure Professional Committee, Jiang Lihong, Senior Manager of China State Construction Group, Tan Lixin, Vice President of Sunshine City Group, and other experts and all members of the establishment team attended the meeting. This "Regulations" was edited by the China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., with China State Construction Group, China Building Research Institute Co., Ltd., Tongji University, Central South University, Hunan University, Sunshine City Group and other units participating in the editing.



At the meeting, Academician Xiao Xuwen conducted in-depth discussions and comprehensive exchanges with the participating experts and members of the compilation team on the main chapters of the standard, the important and difficult issues to be resolved, and the preparation plan, and reached a consensus on the implementation details of the preparation work. Academician Xiao Xuwen fully affirmed CSCEC's "rebar dislocation mutual anchor connection technology", and believed that CSCEC's "Cylos" structural system has broad market application prospects. The experts and leaders of the association agreed that the preparation of the "Regulations" will enrich the structural system of prefabricated buildings and promote the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings.



"Assembled structural steel bar dislocation mutual anchor connection technology" is an important achievement in a major scientific and technological project of Hunan Province led by China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau, and it is also one of the core technologies of China Construction Xihaosi. The more traditional prefabricated structural connection method has the advantages of safety, reliability, simple construction, green and low carbon, etc., and has been demonstrated and applied in many engineering projects. On the basis of detailed research and full summary of the core technology, the R&D team successfully applied for the standards of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association. The formulation of this "Regulations" will promote the market application of this technology, provide a normative basis and strong support for the engineering application of the CSCEC structure system, and provide a strong impetus for the step-by-step upgrade of the "Five Sci-Tech Bureaus" and the "New Five Bureaus"
