Qinhuangdao, Hebei: Five measures to promote the transformation of old communities

Since the beginning of this year, the Qinhuangdao Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has organized and scientifically planned, and the transformation of old communities has achieved initial results. At present, all 98 projects in Qinhuangdao City listed in the province's urban and old community reconstruction plan have entered the construction site.

Strengthen civilized construction management. Organize and convene the old community reconstruction work scheduling meeting, special deployment of the construction site dust prevention and civilized construction supervision work, incorporate the reconstruction project into the daily supervision of safety supervision and environmental protection, strengthen the management of construction personnel, and handle the relationship between the construction party and the residents of the community. Do a good job of communicating with residents and reporting in advance, posting leaflets, notices, and striving for the understanding and support of residents.

Promote the construction of smart communities. Coordinate related units to actively connect with counties and districts, investigate and extract data on the reconstruction of the district, and step up the design of the installation plan. At present, the docking work of 98 districts has been basically completed.

Implement sponge city construction. Strengthen the transformation of the sponge city function of the community, invite experts to in-depth demonstration communities for guidance, and assist in supporting the newly established project of "68 communities comprehensive rain and sewage diversion treatment" in the seaport area, with a planned investment of 5 million yuan.

Organize the application for the excellent design project of the old reform. Guided by the creation of demonstration projects, we will continuously improve the renovation standards and quality, and actively organize counties and districts to declare outstanding design plans for the renovation of old communities in provincial cities and towns. At present, 12 projects have been organized.

Promote the installation of elevators in old communities. Actively carry out the promotion of the installation of elevators in old communities, communicate with relevant departments to clarify the installation approval and acceptance procedures, and design the work flow chart. Organize personnel to go deep into the community to conduct public opinion collection for installing elevators, and conduct pilot public opinion collection in three large residential areas, including Binhai City Community, Shengli Village Community, and Qinhuang Community, and have collected public opinion information from 335 homeowners.
