The "Measures" are valid until December 31, 2025.

The "Measures" clearly stated that it is necessary to vigorously promote green buildings and green construction, integrate the concept of green development into the whole process of project planning, design, and construction, and improve supporting policies and system construction for green construction. Newly built civil buildings (except rural self-built houses) within the urban (town) overall planning area shall fully implement the green building standards. The relevant technical indicators and plans of green buildings should be clarified in the review and preliminary design of the planning conditions of construction land transfer plots or project design plans, so as to promote the large-scale development of green buildings. Actively promote the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings, increase the application of renewable energy, and promote the integration of renewable energy buildings. Accelerate the certification of green building materials, establish a database of green building materials acceptance and application, and promote the production and application of green building materials. Promote recycling production methods and improve the comprehensive utilization of construction waste.

At the same time, the "Measures" also put forward specific requirements for the industrialization, informatization, and digitalization of the construction industry. It is clearly pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of smart construction sites and promote the application of remote monitoring, automatic control, automatic early warning and other facilities and equipment. Carry out project digitization pilot projects, realize the digitization of construction management behavior and construction operation behavior, and generate digital files in real time. Improve the digitalization level of Guangxi's construction market supervision, realize the interconnection and intercommunication of digital information of enterprises, personnel, and projects, improve the decision-making ability of digital supervision services, and realize the linkage between the construction site and the construction market.
