The Urban and Rural Construction Bureau of Hefei City, Anhui Province held a new prefabricated development project promotion meeting

On June 10, the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau organized a new prefabricated development project promotion meeting. Wang Rongcun, chief engineer of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, presided over the meeting. The heads of the Industry Office, the Municipal Quality Safety Station, the relevant county and district supervisory departments, and the main heads of twelve real estate development companies attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Industry Office first introduced the development of prefabricated buildings in Hefei, existing problems and put forward relevant requirements, mainly including strengthening prefabricated building policies, management technology and engineering standards and specifications, implementing localization requirements, and strengthening design leadership. Subsequently, the development companies reported on the progress of the project implementation and communicated on related issues. The city, county and district supervision agencies have put forward specific supervision requirements for the construction of the project.

Finally, the chief engineer of Wang Rong Village emphasized that the development of prefabricated buildings is the general trend, and vigorously developing prefabricated buildings is the requirement of implementing national, provincial, and municipal policy documents. It is necessary to strengthen process scheduling and fully guarantee from the three aspects of human, financial and material; it is necessary to change from passive to active, and to strengthen the study of documents, standards and policies. It is necessary to implement a model to lead the way and give full play to the role of various models of prefabricated buildings; to strengthen coordination and firmly establish the concept of design, production, and construction integration.
