On June 15th, the land A-01 on the east side of Shuijiao Road listed for sale in Sanya was sold for 19.5 million yuan, and it was bid by Sanya Zhicheng Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. to build a prefabricated building material production base, and it is planned to start trial production in the first quarter of 2022.

It is reported that the land area of Lot A-01 on the east side of Shuijiao Road in Sanya City this time is 105586.53 square meters, and the planning nature is first-class industrial land (land code: M1), and the starting price of the listing is 117.89 million yuan. The annual output of concrete components involved in the project "Design Plan" provided by the bidder should not be less than 300,000 cubic meters, which meets the "Hainan Construction Industry Modernization (Prefabricated Building) Development Plan (2018-2022)".

The relevant person in charge of Sanya Zhicheng Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. stated that the company will go through the land use and construction related procedures as soon as possible after taking the land, and strive to start construction as soon as possible. Trial production is planned for the first quarter of 2022. With a total investment of 482 million yuan, the project will have an annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters of prefabricated building materials after it is officially put into production, filling the gap in the lack of prefabricated building materials production bases in the Greater Sanya area and better serving the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.

In recent years, prefabricated buildings that are conducive to saving resources and energy, reducing construction pollution, and improving labor productivity and quality and safety levels have steadily emerged. The proportion of prefabricated buildings required by Sanya for various construction projects such as affordable commercial housing shall not be less than 50%, which has promoted the demand for prefabricated building materials in various construction projects. At present, the construction area of Sanya's projects under construction in 2019 and 2020 is about 2 million square meters, and the demand for prefabricated building materials is about 300,000 cubic meters.
