Longyuan Construction: Subsidiary Longyuan Mingzhu intends to invest in the prefabricated science and technology industrial park project

On June 1, Longyuan Construction issued an announcement stating that Longyuan Mingzhu Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to invest in the construction of a prefabricated building technology industrial park project in the Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone.

It is reported that the project is led by Longyuan Mingzhu and is responsible for specific construction and operation through the establishment of a project company. The project is constructed in two phases, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan in the first phase and about 500 million yuan in the second phase. The newly established project company is Anhui Mingzhu Dadi Prefabricated Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingzhu Dadi")

On May 31, 2021, Mingzhu Dadi won the right to use the state-owned construction land numbered KGY2111 in the public transfer activities organized by the Xuancheng City Public Resource Exchange Center and Xuancheng City Natural Resources Planning Bureau Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development District Bureau and obtained the "Confirmation Letter". The transaction area was 210,556 square meters, and the total transaction price was RMB 35,380,000 (RMB 35,380,000).
