The first steel structure prefabricated residence in Fangchenggang! Longyuan Group won the bid for the Jinxi·Meishu Pavilion project

Recently, Longyuan Group won the bid for the general contracting project of Building 5# of Jinxi·Meishu Pavilion Project. As the first steel structure prefabricated residential project in Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Autonomous Region, Long Yuanming will build a high-performance, fully assembled, steel structure residential product system-S-SYSTEM, which will be applied in the project.

The general contracting project of Building 5# of Jinxi·Meishuguan Project is located in Chengnan New District, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi, adjacent to the main road of the city, Jinhuacha Avenue, with a building height of 57.7 meters and a floor height of 2.9 meters. According to the national standard "Assembly Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T 51129-2017, the prefabricated building was evaluated, and the assembly rate reached more than 70%.

Fangchenggang is located at the junction of the core of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the South China, Southwest, and ASEAN economic circles. As a strategic bridgehead for the “Belt and Road” countries, Fangchenggang is the only city in my country that is connected to ASEAN by land and sea. On January 6, 2021, The Guangxi Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the "Approval on Approving Fangchenggang to be Listed as a Pilot City for Prefabricated Steel Structure Residential Buildings at the Autonomous Region Level" and listed Fangchenggang City as a pilot city for prefabricated steel structure residential buildings at the autonomous region level.

As an important starting point for the group's transformation and development, Longyuan's steel structure fabricated building technology has formed a certain reputation in the industry. Longyuan Mingzhu will adopt the latest research and development technology of the S system to transform this project into a coastal Huanhai house integrating residence and social interaction. It will promote the construction of steel structure prefabricated houses in pilot cities and lead the renewal and upgrade of urban life.
