Vigorously publicize and implement prefabricated building policies and technologies to promote the accelerated development of prefabricated buildings in Chun'an County

Recently, the Chun'an County Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau successfully held the 2021 Chun'an County Prefabricated Building Policy and Technology Promotion Conference. The lecturers at the meeting made an in-depth interpretation of the "Zhejiang Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards", shared classic cases of prefabricated construction projects, and focused on analyzing the general technology of prefabricated buildings.

In recent years, Chun’an County has attached great importance to the development of prefabricated buildings. At present, Qiandao Lake Yintai City (Xincheng Store), Country Garden·"Junyue Home" real estate project and many other prefabricated projects are under construction. As a prefabricated building in a factory, the new construction technology and new technology of site assembly, compared with the traditional cast-in-place concrete technology, improve the controllability of the quality of concrete components. It reduces the number of workers and saves costs, which is conducive to the construction of site safety and civilized construction standardization. In the long run, it has promoted the transformation of construction workers to industrial workers, shifted the focus of operations from construction sites to factories, and improved the manual working environment.
