On the afternoon of June 4th, Zhu Yongbin, a member of the Party Group of the Zhejiang Provincial Construction Department and the head of the Provincial Construction Management Station, led a team to Hangzhou to investigate the construction industrialization project management platform, and organized a discussion and exchange.

The research team listened to a report on the development process of the platform in Hangzhou, and watched a demonstration of the platform's operation on the spot.

Zhu Yongbin fully affirmed the Hangzhou construction industrialization project management platform, believing that the platform started early and moved quickly, and it has achieved initial results after several years of exploration and operation. Regarding the next step, he emphasized the need to achieve "three persistences":

The first is to adhere to the direction of industrialization and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry. Hangzhou's construction industrialization should be at the forefront of the province, fostering and establishing a number of demonstration projects, forming a construction industrialization system, and leading the province's construction industrialization development. It is necessary to learn from the quality supervision methods of surrounding provinces and cities, coordinate with market supervision and other departments, integrate smart construction site management platforms, and speed up the resolution of component quality monitoring problems.

The second is to adhere to the drive of informatization and take the road of new construction industrialization. Always drive the development of industrialization with informatization, further improve and optimize platform construction, formulate relevant standards and guidelines as soon as possible, coordinate the introduction of supporting policy support, improve the level of prefabricated buildings, and jointly promote the development of industrialization.

The third is to insist on systematic design and promote the governance of the construction industry. System design should focus on the project, accelerate top-level design, break through technical barriers, and realize resource sharing and common technology. At the same time, we must have the courage to unveil the list in the province's digital reform, and truly make prefabricated buildings and prefabricated decorations become the highlights of our province's construction industry.
