China Engineering Construction Standardization Association standard "Sealant for prefabricated construction" (draft for review) review meeting was successfully held

The review meeting of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association standard "Sealant for Prefabricated Buildings"(Draft for review), edited by the China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jianke Group Co., Ltd., and participated by 17 units including Guangzhou Baiyun Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., was held in Beijing on May 24. A total of 31 people including Yuan Yang, Deputy Director of Testing Center, Zhang Hongyan, senior engineer of China Engineering Construction Standardization Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"), Gu Taichang, Secretary-General of the Construction and Municipal Engineering Product Application Branch, Yang Jinchun, Deputy Secretary-General, review experts and all members of the establishment team attended the meeting. The review meeting was chaired by Yang Jinchun.

Yuan Yang delivered a speech on behalf of the editor-in-chief, emphasizing the importance and timeliness of the preparation of this standard, and thanked the association, all participating units and experts for their strong support for the preparation of this standard. On behalf of the association, Zhang Hongyan introduced the new breakthroughs made by the association's standardization work and put forward specific requirements for the review work.

A review expert group consisting of 7 experts was established at the meeting. On behalf of the compilation team, the editor-in-chief of standards Liu Ying introduced the preparation background, preparation process, main content, innovations and key content of the standard to the experts at the meeting. The review expert group listened carefully to the work report of the compilation group and reviewed the standard content chapter by chapter. After full discussion, the review expert group believes that the preparation of the standard complies with the preparation requirements, and the materials submitted for review are complete. The content of the standard is scientific and reasonable, with strong operability, and is in harmony with the current relevant standards. The standard puts forward for the first time the performance requirements of salt spray treatment, alkali treatment, and fixed-stretch adhesion after xenon lamp aging and irradiation of sealant products for prefabricated buildings, which fills the gap in domestic prefabricated building sealant durability testing. The preparation of the standard has guiding significance for the application of sealant products for prefabricated construction, and it is unanimously agreed that the standard has passed the review.
