Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province will build a prefabricated building expert database

On June 3, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Taiyuan City issued a message that in order to actively respond to the national green construction guidelines and policies, ensure the scientific and standardized advancement of the city's construction industry modernization work, and further promote the high-quality development of Taiyuan prefabricated buildings, it was decided to form a prefabricated building expert database in Taiyuan after research.

It is reported that the recommended scope includes professionals engaged in prefabricated building design, parts production, construction, supervision and technical services or audits in Shanxi Province, as well as well-known experts and scholars in prefabricated buildings.

In terms of recommendation conditions, they will adhere to principles, honesty and trustworthiness, decent work style, rigorous academics, and rich professional experience. Strictly implement the national laws, regulations and relevant technical standards and norms related to construction safety production, abide by professional ethics, earnestly perform duties, and have no records of bad behavior. Have good professional ethics, decent work style, good integrity records, and have the title of senior engineer or associate professor or above in construction engineering, and have been engaged in this major for 10 years or more.

In addition, it must have one of the following work experiences: professional and technical personnel who have presided over or have undertaken no less than 5 medium-sized (over 30,000 square meters) prefabricated building design, parts production, construction, and supervision as a professional person in charge. Served as the main drafter or main examiner of national and provincial prefabricated building design, parts and components production, construction, and supervision standards; participated in no less than 5 prefabricated building project demonstration work. In terms of age, it is generally not more than 60 years old, and those with outstanding performance can be relaxed to 65 years old.

Those who meet the above conditions can submit copies of relevant recommendation forms and ID cards, practicing qualification certificates, title certificates, performance certificates, etc. to the Taiyuan Green Building and Sponge City Development Center before June 30.
