In recent years, Hefei City has supported the development of prefabricated buildings by improving financial support policies and carrying out demonstrations and promotion, and has achieved significant results.

1. Implement fiscal and taxation support policies

Qualified construction industrialization enterprises can enjoy financial support policies for strategic emerging industries, high-tech enterprises and innovative enterprises, and relevant research and development expenses can enjoy preferential policies such as pre-tax deductions in accordance with relevant regulations. At the same time, financial service institutions are encouraged to provide support in terms of credit lines, interest rates, and deadlines for the construction of industrialized construction bases and large-scale special advanced equipment financing.

2. Support the demonstration and promotion

The municipal finance has set up special awards and supplementary funds to invest in prefabricated affordable housing projects (including prefabricated rural housing demonstration sites, with demonstration sites of no less than 50 households) invested by county (district) level finances. The assembly rate has reached 30% (households) or more, after the project is completed and accepted, a subsidy of 50 yuan/square meter will be given, and a subsidy of 100 yuan/square meter will be given if the assembly rate reaches 50% (households) or more.

3. Actively declare superior funds

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, a total of 53 projects were declared as provincial-level prefabricated construction demonstration projects and received provincial subsidies of over 50 million yuan.
