Recently, Xiao Feng, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Ganzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, presided over a seminar on the development of prefabricated buildings to listen to the difficulties and problems faced by relevant enterprises in the process of promoting the development of prefabricated buildings. The meeting pointed out that since 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other ministries have successively issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization" and "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Industrialization of New Buildings." These put forward new, higher and more specific requirements for the prefabricated construction work. The relevant units and enterprises should raise their awareness, take advantage of the trend, and make every effort to promote the development of Ganzhou prefabricated buildings.

The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to continue to make good use of the exchange and interaction mechanism, strengthen communication and feedback on policy measures, industry information, difficult issues, etc., and normalize the advancement of prefabricated construction work and actively seek development cooperation opportunities. It is necessary to think deeply about the construction of a model city of prefabricated buildings in Ganzhou, and strive to create features in the aspects of demonstration projects, standard components, personnel training, and technology upgrades. It is necessary to play the role of departmental linkage, establish a project sharing mechanism, and promote the balanced development of Ganzhou prefabricated buildings.
