S system won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Shanghai Civil Engineering Society

A few days ago, the third meeting of the 12th Standing Council of the Shanghai Civil Engineering Society was held. The meeting reviewed and approved the list of the 2021 Shanghai Civil Engineering Society Science and Technology Progress Award. The "Research on the Integration of Fully Assembled High-performance Steel Structure Residential System" jointly declared by Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., Longyuan Mingzhu Technology Co., Ltd., Tongji University and Shanghai Academy of Building Research has won second prize.

Shanghai Civil Engineering Society is an academic mass organization of Shanghai civil engineering science and technology workers. It is affiliated to Shanghai Science and Technology Association. It is under the guidance of China Civil Engineering Society in business and is a five-star society of Shanghai Science and Technology Association. The Shanghai Civil Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award is an award established by the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology to promote technological innovation in Shanghai's civil engineering.

Based on the effective integration of prefabricated technology and passive house technology, Longyuan Mingzhu has studied the main structure, external protection system, building protection structure, seismic performance optimization and interior mechatronics integration. The technology of "Research on the Integration of Fully Assembled High-performance Steel Structure Residential System" was formed. The system has obtained nearly 200 related patented construction methods, and has been promoted and applied in many actual projects, and has achieved good social and economic benefits, which can support the direct application of the project.
