According to the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, a few days ago, the comprehensive building project of the Second Experimental Primary School in Jimo District, undertaken by Qingdao Wenquan Construction Group Co., Ltd., passed the final evaluation of the prefabricated construction project.

This project is the first prefabricated building project in Jimo District that has passed the final evaluation of the prefabricated building project, and it is also the first prefabricated building in Qingdao that adopts a steel frame-steel tube concrete shear wall structure.

The total construction area of the project is 1,040.44 square meters, of which the comprehensive building is prefabricated, the assembly rate is 68.42%, the prefabricated building area is 9205.44 square meters, and the prefabricated building area accounts for 91.68% of the total building area.

It has the advantages of light weight, good seismic performance, less structure area, high space utilization rate, fast construction speed, easy modification, recyclability, and environmental protection. This is an industrialized green building product, which is in line with the country’s current good policy situation and is conducive to the country’s long-term sustainable development.
