It is reported that Tongchuan Weili Kain Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park has a total investment of 200 million yuan, covering an area of 127 acres and a building area of 32,000 square meters. Mainly build 3+1 international intelligent production lines with independent core technologies and large-scale commercial concrete stations with an annual production capacity of 800,000 cubic meters. According to the person in charge of the project, the products produced at the base are safe and durable, energy-saving, thermal insulation, low-carbon and environmentally friendly, waterproof and impermeable, and have higher seismic levels, which greatly shortens the construction period and improves the quality and efficiency of the building. Compared with traditional construction methods, prefabricated buildings have a high degree of standardization, high-quality finished products, fast on-site assembly, and low environmental pollution. After the project is completed, it will produce 1.8 million square meters of prefabricated construction parts and components annually.

"Based on Shaanxi and radiating across the country, we will deliver all kinds of prefabricated professionals for the entire region, and strive to build the first Whampoa military academy for training prefabricated professionals in the country." The commissioning of this project will provide strong support for the expansion of the development space of an ecologically livable city in Shaanxi Province, and will inject strong momentum into accelerating the formation of an intelligent construction industry system for the entire industry chain and upgrading the modern development level of Tongchuan's construction industry.
