Country Garden Henan prefabricated building observation exchange meeting was successfully held

In order to promote the construction technology of prefabricated buildings, and further improve the quality of prefabricated building projects. On April 29th, Country Garden Henan prefabricated building observation and exchange meeting was grandly held in Times City Jingyuan project. The observation meeting was hosted by Country Garden Henan Regional Operations Management Department, and undertaken by Times City Jingyuan Project Department and the Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Seventh Bureau. Country Garden Henan Regional Vice President Qian Legang, Times City Project General Manager Chen Yan, Times City Jingyuan plot leader Zhao Ming, China Construction Seventh Bureau Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. General Manager Qiao Jingyang were invited to attend the observation meeting . Nearly 300 attendees.

Zhao Ming, the person in charge of the Times City Jingyuan plot, and Qiao Jingyang, general manager of the prefabricated construction division of the Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Seventh Bureau, shared the prefabricated construction system and experience summary of this project.

Qian Legang, Country Garden’s Henan regional vice president, analyzed the current development form of prefabricated buildings, and pointed out that it is hoped that through the learning and exchanges of this observation meeting, it can provide assembly-style experience sharing for urban companies and projects in the region, effectively improve the professional capabilities of front-line managers, and lay the foundation for the smooth development of subsequent assembly-style projects.

Afterwards, the participants entered the site to observe and learn on the spot, and exchanged and shared on-site.

The observation meeting showed the advantages and highlights of prefabricated buildings from various dimensions of on-site safety and civilization, prefabricated components, main model, hardcover process model, and structural solid model.

Through the observation meeting, the participants had a certain understanding of the concept, design plan, component production plan and on-site construction of the prefabricated building. The Henan area of Country Garden will closely follow the national policy, promote prefabricated construction, and improve the technological level of prefabricated construction technology, so as to comprehensively improve construction efficiency, practically improve project quality, and achieve the goal of process quality and efficiency.
