The training meeting on the design and construction of prefabricated buildings in Hengshui City, Hebei Province was successfully held

On April 26, 2021, the Hengshui City Prefabricated Building Design and Construction Essentials Training Conference hosted by the Hengshui Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau was successfully held in Taihua Boyue Hotel. Liu Yaohui, the first-level chief officer of Hebei Green Building Development Center, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Comrade Liang Changjiang, deputy director of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, presided over the meeting.

At the training meeting, Liu Yaohui, Section Chief of the Green Building Development Center of Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Xi Chaowei, Dean of Hebei Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and An Changbiao, chief engineer An Changbiao of Hebei Construction Engineering Group gave a detailed introduction from the standard system, component structure, technical requirements, and supervision methods of prefabricated buildings. After the meeting, relevant departments and three experts had a lively discussion on the outstanding issues of the current situation of the development of prefabricated buildings in our city, the work promotion plan, and the key points of supervision and management.

A total of 380 people from the Hengshui City Quality Supervision Station, the Municipal Development Office, the county (city, district) quality supervision stations, the project leaders of the construction, construction, and supervision units of the city's construction projects in progress, and the project quality supervision personnel participated in the training.

In the next step, the Hengshui Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau will take this meeting as an opportunity to fully learn from the good practices and experiences of other provinces and cities with the care and support of the Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. In accordance with the city’s work strategy, promote the development of the entire industrial chain of prefabricated buildings, deeply grasp the key points of design and construction, improve the ability to combine project management with new technology applications, and make due contributions to vigorously promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Hengshui City.
