Xingtai, Hebei: Accumulated construction of 58,800 square meters of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings started

Recently, it was learned from a press conference held by the Information Office of the Xingtai Municipal Government that the city will complete a special inspection and acceptance of 4.0726 million square meters of building energy conservation in 2020, with green buildings accounting for 100%. Up to now, Xingtai City has started construction of 58,800 square meters of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings, of which 20,000 square meters have been newly started this year.

In order to promote the development of green buildings that save land, water, energy and protect the environment, in recent years, Xingtai City has strictly implemented the standards of 65% for public buildings and 75% for residential buildings. It is required to fully promote green buildings in the construction of government-invested public welfare buildings and large-scale public buildings, and to fully enforce green building design standards in new civil buildings. The development of green buildings will be included in the assessment of energy conservation and coal consumption goals, county construction, and reform in all counties under its jurisdiction.

Starting from promoting the construction of green buildings such as prefabricated buildings and passive ultra-low-energy buildings, the city has recently formulated corresponding incentive policies. Among them, in the process of planning approval (or acceptance), for residential buildings and commercial complexes, hospitals, schools and other public buildings (including government investment or residential buildings and public buildings dominated by government investment) constructed by passive ultra-low energy building methods and prefabricated construction methods in the transfer and allocation of land, rewards will be given at 9% and 3% of the above-ground building area. . At the same time, the award is based on 12% of the above-ground building area, and the awarded building area is not included in the project floor area ratio, and no additional land price and urban infrastructure supporting fees will be charged. For passive ultra-low energy building demonstration projects with a construction area of no less than 20,000 square meters for a single project of social investment, a financial subsidy of no more than 400 yuan per square meter will be given (subject to the provincial subsidy standard of the year).
