The first prefabricated community in Chaohu City, Anhui Province will be delivered next year!

A few days ago, at the construction site of the Yingyue Bay Resettlement Project, the first steel structure prefabricated building community in Chaohu City, multiple buildings have been fully roofed and entered the secondary structure construction stage. Workers are working intensively in different work areas.

Yingyue Bay Resettlement Project is located on the east side of the intersection of Jiankang West Road and Laohuguang Road. The total construction area of the project is 98,500 square meters. It is the first steel structure prefabricated building in Chaohu City. The project consists of 8 residential buildings, of which the height of 1#, 2#, 4# and 6# are all 19 floors, the height of 5# building is 21 floors, the height of 8# building is 23 floors, the height of 7# building is 25 floors, and the height of 3# building is 27 floors, totaling 656 households.

The project is constructed by the Chaohu Key Construction Management Center, and adopts the standard apartment type of Fuhuang prefabricated steel structure building. The main structure adopts rectangular steel tube concrete + supporting structure system, the enclosure system adopts lightweight base wall + thermal insulation decoration integrated board, the assembly rate is not less than 50%, and the project implementation adopts the "BIM + smart construction site" platform system for EPC project management.

According to reports, a prefabricated building is a building in which the main components of the structural system, the outer protection system, the equipment and pipeline system, and the interior system are prefabricated in the factory, and then transported to the construction site, where the components are assembled through reliable connections. The prefabricated steel structure residence has the characteristics of modularization and standardization, adapting to the needs of industrialization, and has superior seismic performance, short construction period, recyclable steel, and good comprehensive technical and economic indicators.

Up to now, the residential buildings 1#, 2#, 4#, and 5# have been fully roofed and entered the secondary structure construction stage. Building No. 3 is constructed to the 22nd floor of the main structure, Building No. 6 is constructed to the 16th floor of the main structure, Building No. 7 is constructed to the 10th floor of the main structure, and Building No. 8 is constructed to the 7th floor of the main structure. According to the construction plan, the main structure of the project is expected to be completed by the end of August, and the external wall construction and secondary structure construction are expected to be completed by the end of the year. It is expected that all of the construction will be completed, accepted and put into use in 2022.
