Tianjin Housing and Urban-rural Development Committee organized an expert seminar on prefabricated building evaluation standards

Because Hebei Province and Beijing have successively issued evaluation standards for prefabricated buildings in the two places. In accordance with the requirements of the "Tianjin Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards" to serve the requirements of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated national development strategy, the Green Building Center of the Tianjin Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Commission organized an expert seminar on prefabricated building evaluation standards.

At the meeting, the Green Building Center of Tianjin Housing and Urban-rural Construction Committee organized the "Tianjin Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards" editorial board and industry experts to further study the draft submitted for review. The meeting proposed that Tianjin prefabricated building evaluation standards should play an important role in adhering to the new development concept and implementing the "dual carbon" goal. In accordance with the requirements of national standards, benchmarking with Beijing and Hebei standards, combined with Tianjin’s actual conditions, we must formulate evaluation standards that meet Tianjin’s characteristics and high quality, and achieve the best possible coordination of standards between the three places. Based on the reality of the development of prefabricated buildings in Tianjin and the guiding principles of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the "Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards", the terminology, calculation of assembly rate, evaluation of main structure, evaluation of retaining wall and internal partition wall, evaluation of decoration and equipment pipelines, and description of standard terms in the "Evaluation Standards for Prefabricated Buildings in Tianjin" were discussed, and put forward constructive opinions. In the next step, the Green Construction Center of Tianjin Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission will absorb the opinions of participating experts with the editor-in-chief, revise and improve it, and complete the submission for approval.
