In the past few days, the Vigorous Power Construction Prefabricated Building Production Base project in Xiangxiang Economic Development Zone has been in full swing. The first batch of prefabricated substations for prefabricated substations were also successfully produced in the base plant recently, achieving both construction and production.

The main plant has been basically completed

On May 7, the reporter saw at the project construction site that the construction of the two workshops had been basically completed, and the plant greening, roads, fences and other auxiliary facilities were being improved. Some machinery and equipment have been installed in the workshop, and the workers are rushing into trial production.

The Dali Electric Power Construction Prefabricated Building Production Base project is an investment promotion project of the Xiangxiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in November 2020, which is invested and constructed by Hunan Dali Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. It covers an area of 100 acres and has a total investment of 500 million yuan. It will be constructed in two phases. The main products are prefabricated components for prefabricated substations and prefabricated components for municipal, railway, water conservancy, communications and other fields. And according to customer needs, they can provide intelligent and integrated upgrade products of the above products. After the project is put into production, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 80 million yuan, the annual tax revenue will be 10 million yuan, and 500 jobs will be provided.

Since the start of the first phase of the project at the beginning of the year, the main plant construction and equipment installation have been completed in just 5 months, and the trial production phase entered on April 29. At present, it can produce 50 cable trench covers, 16 meters of prefabricated walls and several small pieces per day.

According to Sun Dawei, deputy manager of the assembly and construction branch of the Dali Electric Power Construction Group, the company is currently in a good state of construction and production. Thanks to the “one-to-one” service sent by the Xiangxiang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to streamline procedures and shorten the construction period, the company has bought a lot of valuable time.

At present, the company is fully engaged in trial production. It is expected that the first phase of the project will start formal production in July, and the annual output value will be 50 million yuan.
