Drawin Group's Xianghe Star City·Chunxiao Project of building 2 successfully capped the first batch of tenders and achieved preliminary results

Recently, the 34-story top roof of building 2 of Xianghe Star City·Chunxiao Project undertaken by Drawin Group’s Central China Headquarters area successfully completed the concrete pouring and roofing. It marks the achievement of phased results in the construction of the first bid section of the project.

Changsha Xianghe·Xingcheng Chunxiao Project is the first 100-meter high-rise prefabricated building project in Changsha Country and the largest prefabricated residential project in Changsha Country. The project is built using the EMPC model initiated and practiced by Drawin Group, with a residential prefabricated rate of 53% and a total construction area of approximately 240,000 square meters. It is an prefabricated integral shear wall structure, including commercial, apartment hotel, kindergarten, residential and supporting commercial facility. The first bid section of the project consists of 2 and 4 residential buildings, of which the 4 building was successfully topped off on July 17 this year; The second bid section consists of 6 to 10 residential buildings, 2 apartments, commercial streets and corresponding basement projects, and 35% of the main project has been completed.

In the process of project construction, the project department gave full play to the advantages of EMPC mode coordination and adopted a quick construction system combining aluminum film + climbing frame + PC. Under the premise of environmental protection, the green construction process is greatly simplified. This project has reached the speed of building a first floor in 6 days, and has been highly affirmed in various provincial and municipal inspections and observations. In 2019, the project was selected as ""Hunan Provincial-level Construction Informatization Demonstration Project Plan Project", it won the honor of "Changsha City 2019 Excellent Construction Site for Safety Assessment", "Changsha City Construction Green Demonstration Site", Changsha County Quality and Safety Standardization and Dust Control Observation Site.
